Contractors & Tradespeople
We rely on contractors for everything that we do. We want to partner with any licensed and insured companies who are willing and able to do our renovation and building work. If you are a contractor or a tradesperson who is willing to help NCCDF with projects, we'd love to hear from you! We will promote your business (if you would like) and we can refer customers to you as well. We believe in supporting the local economy and local businesses by paying for their good work in the community.

Volunteer Opportunities
We do not have a volunteer program at this time primarily because the majority of the work we do needs to be completed by licensed and insured contractors. However, sometimes we do have a very particular need for help and it would be great to know that people are willing to help. If you are interested in helping and are willing to get on our volunteer list, we’ll be glad to have you. Please email us your contact information and your volunteer goals. We hope to build opportunities for neighbors helping neighbors in the near future!
Donate to NCCDF
NCCDF is a 501 c-3 charitable organization and we can and do accept donations from individuals and foundations to support our rehabilitation work as well as other work we do. As the cost of construction has risen, so have our costs so we appreciate every gift we receive. We apply every donation dollar to our projects unless you designate it to help cover our operating costs (which we also appreciate).
