Gladstone Rehab for FTHB

After many years of wear and tear, this house was in dire need of repair. Nearly every room had multiple instances of damage and destruction.

Shown here are several pictures from an entire interior renovation that includes repairing drywall, repainting, new flooring, new light fixtures and bathroom elements, electrical and plumbing upgrades. The kitchen now boasts a new water heater, countertop, and cabinetry. Exterior elements were also replaced, including a new roof and heat pump and a fully-conditioned crawl space encapsulation.

This is a home owned by NCCDF for many years and will soon be for sale as affordable housing.
