A Fall Update on Roseland Apartments

It's the time of year when school is back in session and the nights are cooler, that gives us such a feeling of anticipation and happiness. Or is it because we are glad the heat of the summer has eased and that winter and the holidays are just around the corner? Maybe a little of both, but truly we are eagerly anticipating the new rentals that we are building on our St. James Place property. The well rigs are up and water will be flowing soon. We are expecting to see the crane and the buildings by the middle of October!

We also want to share that Unity in Community has generously granted us $500 towards the building of these units.

We are so happy to work with the kind folks at UIC who do so much for the people in our community who need help. We are so grateful that we can work together to make these homes available.

This brings our total amount raised to $12,225!
