NCCDF To Open Waitlist for New Apartments at St. James Place, Roseland, VA

Four apartments in Roseland are coming!

We have done the work so that we are able to complete construction of these affordable two-bedroom apartments and get them leased up on schedule!

The online waitlist application is opening on December 4th and will allow applicants to apply at their convenience from any computer or mobile device during the time period that applications are accepted. Applications will receive a confirmation email indicating that the application was received but that does not guarantee placement on the waiting list. You can call to verify your place on the list by calling 434-263-8074.

Waitlist applications will only be accepted online. If the applicant is a person with a disability and they require accommodations in order to apply, please contact the NCCDF staff for assistance to apply on the 4th as well. Applications will only be accepted for the one day.
